Should you wish to pay by Visa, MasterCard or Paypal you may do so online within 48 hours of your first lesson. An additional 2.3% service fee may apply for credit card payments.
MusicBring your chosen song/s on iPod, iPad, iPhone, smartphone, laptop or tablet - we can accommodate for all devices using a standard audio cable. We do not have CD players so please bring your own if you need one. We do not accept music on a USB stick.
Ensure you wear suitable shoes for your lessonsThe Bride should wear a low heeled or flat shoe, (not runners), high wedges or high heels with a thick heel (the width of the bottom of the heel must be at least 2.5 cm). Thin high or low heels may not be worn due to the damage they cause to dance floors and because of insurance requirements. Thinner high heels may only be worn if plastic heel caps are used. If in doubt, please check with your teacher. The groom should wear a leather soled shoe. Please do NOT wear runners.
Ladies, please note the following details about your wedding gownIf your wedding gown has a train you should arrange some method to tuck, pin or hold up the train off the floor for the dance. Please inform your teacher at your first lesson if your movement (length of steps, ability to raise your arms etc) will be restricted when wearing your wedding gown so that we can factor that into your dance.
How to Re-schedule, postpone or cancel booked lessonsA minimum of 48 hours notice must be given to reschedule, postpone or cancel a lesson without charges. Make your lesson changes in your online account. If you are unable to make the required changes online email your request to
[email protected] Changes to lessons CANNOT be made by telephone or SMS. Telephone and SMS messages are NOT accepted as notice for requests to reschedule or cancel lessons.
Lessons cannot be changed or rescheduled after the 48 hour deadline regardless of genuine circumstances because unavoidable costs have been incurred on your behalf by that time – when the 48 hour deadline has passed the lesson is charged in full whether taken or not. Please note that exceptions cannot be made to this condition.
Non-Transferable Dates - Lessons booked on the following dates cannot be rescheduled or cancelled at all: a) all Public Holidays, b) Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, c) the full Easter weekend, d) all dates from 20 December to 15 January.
Extra LessonsIf you want one or more extra lessons you can book them one at a time or as another package - just log into your online account on our website and make your selection.
Additional matters to note:Our administrative team are NOT available after office hours or on weekends and response to phone or email messages may take until the next working day, so if you need to clarify any details please ensure you do so more than 48 hours before a booked lesson or refer to your online account details 24/7. Please also note that our after hour’s receptionist will NOT be able to assist with providing or confirming lesson details.
Please be punctual, lessons commence promptly at the appointed time and finish 55 minutes thereafter regardless of your time of arrival. Please telephone reception (Ph: 9829 2828) if you are running very late as over 15 mins lateness without notice may be deemed a cancelled lesson without notice.
You may not bring other adults or children to watch your lesson. The use of video recording devices is NOT allowed, lessons may NOT be videoed nor are video’s provided of your lessons.
